About This Project
Rowland Construction broke ground in February of 2018 on its latest project, the Brazos Town Center Self-Storage for New Quest Properties and CubeSmart Self-Storage. This new facility will be located right off Highway 59 in Rosenberg, TX and is a part of the Brazos Town Center development by New Quest. The three-story building has approximately 127,000 square feet of space. The facility will feature a retail area, a lobby reception area, and the latest in secure storage solutions.
