Max Rowland founded Rowland Construction with his primary goal being a commitment to safety, service and quality while maintaining cost effectiveness.  As the company continues to grow he is still firmly committed to upholding these core values.  The success of Rowland Construction is driven by the strength of our client relationships.

After 21 years in the construction industry, Max decided to form Rowland Construction. Max has experience in all areas of the construction business. He started as a laborer working his way up to superintendent and into project management before deciding to strike out on his own venture.

He has seen all of the diversity that the last few years of the construction industry has been through and is ready to address any challenges that arise.  Max’s insistence on upholding the beliefs that Rowland Construction was founded on, safety, service and quality, has led to the success of the company in a highly competitive market.
