With over 30 years in the construction industry, Max has experience in all areas of construction. He began as a laborer working his way up to superintendent and into project management before deciding to strike out on his own venture.

Laura McFalls serves as the Senior Project Manager at Rowland Construction. When Rowland Construction was founded in 2015, Max recognized Laura’s exceptional leadership skills and expertise, making her the ideal candidate to handle the daily operations of the company. With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, she possesses in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in construction management. Laura is responsible for managing company finances, coordinating and supervising construction projects, overseeing subcontractors and employees, and supervising daily operations. Her unwavering dedication to Rowland Construction has proven to be an invaluable asset to the company.
