Rowland Construction completed construction on Amazing Spaces’ 5th storage facility, located on FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas in December 2016. The design of the approximately 108,000 square foot office and self-storage property with first class amenities make this an impressive facility. Among a long list of notable features, the new Amazing Spaces property offers the following amenities: a beautiful reception area complete with a fireplace, a business center for tenants, wine storage, a retail center, monitored security alarms on every unit, computerized limited access gate system, individually ventilated air conditioned units, digital security cameras, covered drive-thru unloading/loading zones, and a model storage display unit in the office reception area.
